E-Clips is down temporarily for maintenance

Due to some changes in their configuration, the news services that we use to automatically find the news stories about the University of Oregon that we then present on E-Clips are temporarily unavailable. To make matters worse, the failures of these systems caused other programs on this server to become unstable. To make sure that we can continue to provide those services, we have therefore taken E-Clips out of commission until such a time as we can have it running properly again.
